The "Video Consultant" Day (Input & Theory)

Since I can't be there to lecture, I will let an expert do it. You will use two trusted, free resources, Professor Messer (Core 2 - 220-1102) and Certification Cynergy.  You will watch these two videos regarding: Windows Local User & Group Management and NTFS vs. Share Permissions:

• The Deliverable: Instead of just taking notes, you will create a "Cheat Sheet". You will be allowed to use this specific sheet on a quiz when I return. Pay attention to the videos so you can complete the assignment.

• You will produce a one-page hand-written reference sheet covering: 

  1. 1. Standard vs. Admin accounts 

     2. 'Administrators' vs 'Power Users' groups 

     3. The difference between 'Read' and 'Full Control'. 

• The substitue teacher will check to make sure everyone has completed this during class time today.
